Pros

You'll work with some great folks

Cons

Senior management doesn't seem concerned with quality of life. To move up, you must move away.

Pros

The benefits are good, health insurance, 401K, vacation/sick leave. If you are interested in a career in the federal government, it is a good place to start.

Cons

Morale across the country is low. There is little to no attempt to give employees on the frontline life/work balance. While you get a lot of paid leave, it is difficult to use it. Like most federal employees, cost of living increases don't exist. Getting merit bonus or raises are nearly impossible. You are never guaranteed federal holidays off, especially if you are low in seniority.

Its TSA that should say it all.
