Standard Government Benefits. Sick Leave, Annual Leave, Medical, Dental and Life Insurance available. Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS), Thrift Savings Plan w/match up to 5% (401k type plan)

Cons

Constantly changing administration means constantly changing focus of mission and ways of doing business. Eight recertification test each year any of which can cause you to lose your job. Rules always changing. Poor (read near nonexistant) communication between management and work force.
