Pros

Good benefits, No shortage of overtime

Cons

Incompetent and self-serving management, unrealistic expectations of their employees, harassed by both passengers and leadership, and extremely high stress with short breaks.

Pros

Steady 40 hour weeks and overtime available.

Cons

Benefits are ok, retirement pension is non-existent, you get treated like crap every day from upper management and by the very public you are trying to protect. To make any money you have to work a lot of overtime.
