Pros

Pay is good and so are the health benefits.

Cons

Toxic work environment. It’s not the passengers it’s the managers and up. Anyone is this job will be your friend to your face and the minute they think they can get a promotion or rub elbows with higher ups they WILL throw you under. Unfair promotion practices. Leave restrictions even for those with medical documentation. Unprofessional non platonic relationships between officers and management. It’s really a mess. They don’t care about anything outside of that job. Mandatory work even during major weather events.

Pros

Just starting out with little to no experience or needing experience to gain experience then this is the job for you it will help you take care of your responsibilities

Cons

Poor management, poor organization skills, people in certain positions do not need to be there I.e payroll , hr everybody knows your business that shouldn’t good Luck getting promoted even if you’re the Most qualified it’ll get overlooked at least 5 times for nepotism, favoritism or just overall transfers getting picked over you don’t recommend making this a career choice just use it as a stepping stone

Pros

Maybe the benefits. Other than that nothing.

Cons

awful everything. No respect from entitled, selfish passengers. Sociopathic managers who don't care if you live or die. You are just a number to them. And you would be working for the red headed step child of homeland security. Just dont do it. The pay also is incredibly low for what we deal with on a daily basis especially during a deadly pandemic! Don't expect managers to enforce covid 19 policies. They care more about wait times than your life.
