Horrible job! Passengers are rude and coworkers constantly tell on each other. Telling on each other is encouraged by supervisors and management.

Treated like animals from management, harassed by management, not supported by superiors, constantly taking tests every few months to keep your job. Failure=Loss job.

Good Benefits. They provide uniforms.

Cons

They charge you to come to work in the form of a ridiculous parking fee. You have to test four times a year to maintain your job. Bad leadership and performance and merit do not account as much as who you are related to and who they know. Your paycheck is a secret formula that changes every week. If you get a day off you requested you are so lucky it is a shame.
