I can help people, I learn a lot about the inner workings of the business, I learn many things that can be applied outside of work as well, my boss is easy-going, those who are above her are kind and approachable, and I enjoy working with my co-workers.

Cons

The pay. It's unfair to put a cap on the pay when the cost of living keeps going up. Sometimes, you almost need a second job just to survive. It also seems unfair (although it's understandable) to be taxed on what is supposed to be a reward.
