they pay you a good amount but inhand you will get nothing salary status is never stable

The pay for my department was excellent

Cons

The bridge between management and hourly staff seemed nonexistent. At the facility they had two separate "buildings" or wings, these wings basically kept management and Hourly Employees separate. No number to reach a live rep on the corporate side.
