Pros

The people are very kind and open, very international, ready to mingle and help each other out. There is also a 1 months training on the Google Ads products. I would say is a great place to build a foundation or improve skills for 1-2 years, and then moving on, having gained a lot of skills and expertise from this role. They also don't make you work over-time!

Cons

There is very high turnover, a lot of people come to take advantage of the relocation package or Google Ads trainings and leave. However, if you stay for a while, there is really a lot to learn in digital marketing. Also, management is very micromanagement, but usually, if you perform well you should be fine.

Pros

The company maintains a strong commitment to work-life balance. Working hours are strictly respected, and overtime is not expected. Additionally, the team environment is positive—colleagues are supportive, collaborative, and contribute to a pleasant day-to-day experience.

Cons

Career growth opportunities are severely limited. Internal promotion processes for leadership roles, such as Team Leader or Manager, lack transparency, with ambiguous criteria and inconsistent decisions. Company policy seems more focused on reducing salary costs and constantly hiring new staff at lower wages, rather than recognizing and rewarding the good work of current employees. Furthermore, the management style is outdated, resembling practices from the 80s or 90s. This is characterized by excessive micromanagement that rarely yields positive results. There is no clear path to a higher base salary, even with strong performance or long-term commitment. The only way to increase earnings is through performance-based bonuses for exceeding targets. A promotion to a managerial position would also result in a higher salary, but these opportunities are scarce due to the issues mentioned above. Ultimately, the base salary is not competitive with the cost of living in Barcelona, and salary progression within the company is practically nonexistent.
