      Pros

      people are nice, the days can be draining just speaking to moaning customers all day so it's nice to have friends there. Being able to work from home is good for childcare

      Cons

      low wages, no trust, constantly being checked on, not allowed to use the toilet more than twice a shift. Team leaders think they are CEOs
