      Pros

      Great team management, Teleperformance cares about retaining their employees and they always try to accommodate and help when they can. There is lots of opportunity to progress to managerial roles as well as moving campaigns. Although some of us work from home we always keep in touch with our team through MS so you never feel lonely whilst working and you get to build relationships.

      Cons

      All campaigns are different, however in my campaign calls can be really difficult due to the nature of the calls we get. Customers can be not so kind! It’s usually really busy so you’re always back to back with calls and never really have any call gaps. KPI’s are achievable but it takes a while getting used to as it is such a fast paced environment.
