To get Corporate Travel/Sabre experience. Great group of front line agents.

Cons

This company or maybe just the leadership of the project I worked in is managed by fear, always threatening your job, and negative control. Micromanaged. Leadership of the project are condesending, condones favoritism, fratenizing of Managers/Supervisors/agents, very uprofessional on every level of management. Unappreciative. Leadership chooses to manage by recogonizing the negative instead of the positive. I'm surprised that this company has not been sued for discrimination. This company condones racialism. Terrible benefits. This company preys on employees. Do not promote based on the person that can do the best job but the person that will always say yes and will allow TP to push them around. Supervisors/Trainers/Managers are not qualified to do there jobs. Management is dishonest to there client and to the staff. Every value they tatute on there company website is non existent. Lack communication.

Pros

Great environment space wise. Access to shopping areas after shift (it's in a mall). Good place to relax during breaks and lunch.

Cons

They love to publicly (email) expound on the negative but never seem to publicly mention the good that comes from the client. Then they wonder why your morale is so low.
