Not difficult, but incredibly mind numbing.

Pros

You really can learn something here if you care to, which most people don't. Some of the people you work with are great.

Cons

Very limited advancement. As a "dynamic environment" everything possible is thrown at you from pay cuts to mandatory meetings on off days. Some of the people you work with are detestable.

Pros

I truly enjoined my time at teleperformance. Most supervisors were great and would help you out when needed. The company takes good care of its employees. The office space was very nice and I was respected by my coworkers.

Cons

I think one of the biggest problem was training. Training was not sufficient and trainers didn't really know what they were talking about. Many people were completely lost once they started taking live calls and would quit soon after. If you give it time, once you get the hang of it its a pretty good job.

Pros

You are most likely going to get hired if you apply. The money is easy. You an become a Team leader quickly.

Cons

Very high turnover rate. The team leaders are constantly on your back. Regulated bathroom breaks ( If you have to go you have to ask).
