      Pros

      Good company for career shifters; they have strong L&D initiatives and programs that enable the employees to gain the necessary skills. Supportive Management and accommodating colleagues made my stint here worthwhile. Facilities are well- maintained and OSH is strictly implemented.

      Cons

      Team is understaffed. Hence, long hours mean loooong hours. Sometimes you have to take the 2nd and the 3rd shift because another member fails to show up. Salary is not competitive.

      Its a great place to start your career, but expect to be taken advantage of by management and be underpaid.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and good opportunity for advancement for those who are driven to succeed. You will become very, very good at your duties regardless of your position within the company. The company actively mentors and trains its employees and does not tolerate laziness or apathetic attitudes. They promote heavily from within the company and seldom hire externally for upper level positions.

      Cons

      Not fairly compensated for position or amount of work demanded. There is a saying that you can not squeeze blood from a rock, but with Teleperformance, they found a way to do it. If they force you to squeeze a rock hard enough, your hands will bleed all over it. Hence, a bloody rock. The company pushes its employees to the breaking point without market equivalent pay for similar jobs. The company emphasizes to employees the opportunities for advancement as they promote heavily from within the company and seldom hire externally for upper level positions. What they don't mention is that nobody outside of the company is interested in applying for those positions because they pay being offered is usually 1/2 to 2/3 below market value for similar jobs.

      Pros

      some cool people good training and some opportunity to grow within the company. If your willing to suffer a call center job it is an ok job.

      Cons

      Managers where young and had very little real experience. extremely high turnover, it is a call center so this is to be expected.
