Laid back atmosphere. The hiring process was very easy. I'm getting to know the management and it's been a great process so far

Cons

I haven't been working here long at all. I don't have anything negative to say so far. I will update when the opportunity arises.

I have an hour lunch break. That's about it...

Cons

Supervisors don't know what they're doing; stupid turnstile that takes forever & a day to get through; parking sucks; refrigerator is overcrowded; dress code not enforced throughout every department; Management sucks! I have seen him all of 3 times IF that, since I started LAST YEAR; dumb point system; points on my record that are invalid but still not removed; other lines of businesses not doing their job & dropping calls on us; low pay & high cost benefits; no pics allowed at our desk nor snacks; this place sucks.

Pros

Great pay , unlimited overtime , easy promotion of you suck up to management

Cons

Tied to a desk, no paper no pen no cell phone. No pictures or assigned seats. They don't accept doctors notes. You have to use the restroom within your breaks. If you go over your break time it cuts you out of your bonus. Which they make really hard to get. Management is driven off favoritism and not qualifications. You have to fight to get a schedule change.
