Pros

Great coworkers Amazing culture Most supervisors were good at their job A lot of incentives and benefits

Cons

-Friends with benefits (as in: you're my friend, don't tell on me for not working, or let me make "outbound calls" which actually means not take calls at all) -Some supervisors didn't even know what they were doing, that got to a higher rank from having the boss or higher ups as friends -Around the time I left, the points to take into consideration for a good call were becoming unbelievable: great a customer, call them by their first name, give them offers, say good bye, say their name a specific amount of times. I understood the reasoning behind most of them, but not complying to even one of this should not immeadiately mark your call as bad, especially if you're the last department and most people just want to finish quickly after an hour or more on the phone -No real flexibility to schedule, especially after late night restrictions were removed (living in a pretty dangerous neighborhood, with buses stopping their rounds at 9 should allow you to leave early) -they say flexible schedule but it actually isn't

they respect the people. friendly environment. good salary. High level of job security. Medical insurance. Social insurance.

Cons

It is a call center company so you have to use a headset that might affect your ears.

Rehire

Tell us more about I've worked here before and loved it. I am now a rehire, my recruiter Mr. Eugene and Mr Brandon are awesome at the Hilliard, Ohio location. Also, give a good review for Ms. Carley and Ms Lynette for the secretary lady there at the front desk. They are both super friendly and awesome to interview with. I tend to have panic attacks when I job interview, but these people made me feel at home, and the good thing is not alot of companies promote from WITHIN, this will help!! And gives me a goal to set, for myself. I'll report back in a few months, after getting my CSA test passed..;) When I worked back in 2007, for this company, people were stealing lunches out of the break room. This time, I will keep it at my desk. I would absolutely love a recruiter position or a training position. This gives me a goal, starting from CSA. The call center, is a lot more cleaner this time around.

Cons

I'll report cons later, after I have been here again for a while. So far, so good.
