So, you're thinking about working at Teleperformance, right? Congratulations! The things I really enjoyed about this company are the occasional free lunches, the people I met and worked with, and that they decorated the center for the holidays.

Cons

Timed bathroom breaks, mandatory overtime, impossible metrics, unachievable bonuses, management, waiting for a floor walker to assist with difficult calls, insurance benefits weren't that great (pre-ACA), music noise on the call floor because several different songs played all at once made it difficult to hear customers. High-school assembly type of environment. Occasional coworker drama. Bait and switch incentives.

Pros

They supply a kitchen area for storing and heating your lunch. Lots of fun time activity.

Cons

Lots of fun time activity to the point it was too much. I wanted to enjoy my lunch time not be blasted with things and music. Not very trustworthy with how the program would run and how bonus would be paid. Some employees for other campaigns were rude and not dressed for work.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, people I work with are great and easy to get along with. Always someone around to help or advise you.

Cons

Huge emphasis on security. Can't have phone or electronic device on you, bags/ coats must be kept in a locker. Minimum wage.
