Right now I would just say getting paid during training.

Cons

I went through the training and we didn't have any communication about rather we were even getting paid(and still unaware). The IT department, logins, equipment, and even HR wouldn't respond to any emails or calls. Also the trainer was ok but a little unprofessional at times and too much side bar conversation and unorganized training with no daily agenda.

Multicultural, fast paced and stimulating environment where to everyone is given a chance to prove how good they are and make a career relatively quicker than other multinationals

Cons

Hihgly demanding environment which can lean toward stressful at a time from people who don't tollerate well the pressure

Pros

The fact that it is one of the few companies that are willing to sponsor foreigners based on the need and urgency of the positions to fill.

Cons

What they promise in the contract is not true. Bank holidays are not given. Overtime is not paid. Salaries are very undervalued. Opportunities for advancement are only given if an employee becomes a spy for the company. I guess good, hard work is not recognized in this company.
