Pros

Paycheck, thats about all I can say. Trainer was amusing.

First pay is a joke, you all brag its 10 dollars an hour to take calls, sorry but that i fine for a college student, not a qualified person with experience. Trainer was loud, obnoxious, and unprofessional. Very disorganized, they shifted my entire class to a different project only to bring it back again, we ended up losing two days of pay, for some people this can cause hardship. Time not recorded accurately do to someone not doing their job, causing the whole class once again to get shorted on a paycheck. Logins not working which is causing even more paycheck issues. Management not proactive enough to get it fixed on time. Training is not long enough, you get 5 weeks of training that barely stresses the job and systems you use then your on the phones trying to help customers.

Pros

Cheap hot drinks from vending machine. Nice building with air conditioning. Met some nice people. Slightly above NMW.

Cons

Training does not prepare you for the job, yet you are expected to know what you are doing. Coaches and managers are unprofessional, highly patronising and rude. Staff contradict each other in regards to training you on the phones. You follow the advice of one coach, and another coach comes along and tells you off for doing the wrong thing. Breaks are very short. Your phone, purse etc has to be put in a locker while you work. Half of my training team quit within 2 weeks. Several of my training team cried during shifts and break times due to feeling unsupported or talked down to. It was a lot of hard, complex financial information that we had to understand fully. I am not an unintelligent person, this was the job I got after completing a university degree yet I felt stupid a lot of the time due to the way managers spoke to me and the insufficient training received.
