Pros

some what overtime, work from home sometimes unless you have to come in center for coaching or if your scores are low, that's the way of they punishing you for it.

Cons

management is terrible, they let anybody be a manager, not enough hourly pay for the amount of excellence that they want their employees to put into the job, too strict with missing some days in a year due to health and emergency issues, don't value there employees.

Toronto building is not clean. Management is not flexible with schedule

Very diverse work environment. Great place to gain a lot of experience.

Cons

They will hire anyone, and almost fire no one. Might seem nice unless you value working hard and achieving goals.
