i really enjoy working for usaa, it is a great company to work for. the member that you speak with are very entertaining, just from some of the comments.

Cons

supervisor sucks they dont like taking soup calls. the organization and communication is horrible

There are no pro's to this job.

Cons

They care nothing about the people they working for them. I mean nothing. . . If this is not a real company to work for. No job security if you're a supervisor. When stack rankings are done if they don't want you(the client) they will rig the data to get you out. They pay you the minimum and not what you're worth. Please be advise if you anyone wants to work there. Also they have bed bugs, roaches, beetles, nats. Shocking I didn't see any rats. The production floor is dirty. Women's restrooms are usually very dirty. Fun committee is a joke it's usually the same thing.

I loved my job as a trainer, I loved my coworkers. I was promoted quickly. I loved the campaign I was on.

Cons

night classes, materials, IDs needed and air conditioning issues. These are minor issues but still needs to be looked at
