Cons

some people who was leaders and so could have a bad attitude, but I think they got fired. Hard looking at a screen so intensely.

It depends on the project the environment can be better or worst

Cons

Worst outsourcing. Company objective is solely profit therefore workers are just numbers. No work ethics, no trust in leadership, no loyalty and salaries keep getting lower and lower. Do not bother, much better companies out there.
