Pros

1. Get to work with interesting and cool people within your age gap 2. An international company 3. For those moving to another country IE. Barcelona/Spain, TP will help you with obtaining a NIE (ID number) - which is usually faster than settling it on your own.

Cons

1. Intensive training program (takes around 1 month) 2. Long working hours 3. For this specific role, you are always meant to report to the office, with no option for hybrid nor remote 4. A very low pay 5. Checking your pay-slip is a necessity as you will always find an issue/discrepancy in the salary. 6. No professionalism at work/the office. 7. A lot of idle time - you get 2 good hours of work from an 8 hour shift, if you're lucky, not ideal for those who are workaholic and like being busy
