Pros

They have detailed technical trainings. If you manage to survive in Teleperformance you can work everywhere.

Cons

Pay is low. Company is big so you’re just a number. They’re really strict with timings and the communication between teams is very poor. If a project drop, there’s an high possibility to be fired after you refuse a lower paid project alternative.
