I honestly don’t know where to begin with how horrible my experience with Teleperformance Spain was. From the very first day, it was clear that they don't value their employees, or even their customers, for that matter.
First off, the management is completely disorganized. I had no clear guidance on what was expected of me, and when I asked for help, the response was always vague and unhelpful. There’s no structure, no clear communication, and you’re constantly left in the dark about your responsibilities. It felt like I was just a number, and nobody cared about my success or well-being.
The work environment is toxic. The office is poorly maintained, and the lack of support from higher-ups made it feel like you were constantly walking on eggshells. I was given little to no training, and when issues arose, it felt like the blame was always placed on the employees, never on the system or management.
And don’t even get me started on the pay. For the amount of stress and hours put in, it’s nowhere near enough compensation. The salary is ridiculously low for the amount of work expected, and any talk of raises or promotions is just a pipe dream.
If you value your mental health and self-worth, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Teleperformance Spain. It’s a dead-end job with no growth, poor management, and zero work-life balance. Save your time and energy for a company that actually cares about its employees.
