Pros

I have received great support from leaders to team members. Everyone has been friendly as we have come out of training and into the actual job. I love how we are able to manage our own work schedule within our working hours.

Cons

TPPT could be improved it is too slow a system. Things that were involved in the actual job should have been put in within the training.
