Pros

You work with a lot of people on your same age group. You get to learn a lot about customer service.

Cons

It's a non creative, high pressured environment. You don't get paid enough, and it's really hard to keep up with all the metrics changing and new metrics being added to your work.

Pros

Cool people. Free drinks and chips in lunch room.

Cons

Management doesn't know what they are doing. Very disorganized. The client does know what they want. They fire lots of people at one time and don't hire people to fill those positions. Parking is horrible, that's the biggest reason I want to quit.
