Pros

Absolutely nothing to be proud of.

Cons

The management sucks because everyone is sleeping around with everyone. You dont feel comfortable to talk to anyone about problems with anyone because 10 out of 10 , they are friends. They dont care about anything but the lines of the business regardless of what problems you may have at home. They are very inconsiderate, and if it wasnt for my family. I would have left a long time ago.

Pros

Overtime, training is Monday through Friday, Some of the supervisors are nice, sometimes food is catered...that's it

Cons

Humana Customer service Campaign is horrible. They put me through a 3pm-11:30pm pm training for 10 weeks . After I graduated training, Me and about 11 more Co workers were told we couldn't work In humana's customer service department because we didn't have log in credentials (recruiting never had us on the roster to even receive login in credentials ). Hr Came in one day and said we had to transfer to humana Pharmacy or else we would be terminated. Now after spending 10 Weeks in Customer service training we spent another 3 weeks in humana Pharmacy training....ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS A SALES POSITION. WE HAD TO HAVE E AT LEAST 8 ENROLLMENTS A DAY. NOT TO MENTION OUR PAY WAS DROPPED FROM $10 AN HOUR TO $9 AN HOUR Only 30 minute lunch breaks, no paid holidays, insurance is too high
