Pros

The TP training was solid for me. I came in clueless about customer service's roles and left with real skills I still use even in the future. They actually look internally first when new TL spots open up so there's a possibility of career growth. TP also provide lots of benefit alongside salary + BPJS + THR such as shift allowance and birthday leave.

Cons

The rotating shifts can ruin your sleeping schedule and health, especially for people that aren't familiar with midnight to morning shift. Then the metrics pressure can get mentally exhausting, but the company offers consultation for mental health. Workload during peak season can felt nonstop. In TP, job security depends on the client, so when the project ended, half of the team had to reapply internally. Lastly, I think some TLs were great while some weren’t, and when you get a bad one, escalating issues feels slow.
