      Pros

      Get experience by working fot different clients, share the profit, friendly staff, education budget, employenuership attitude

      Cons

      Considered 2nd degree employee (as a consultant) at the client (not involved in important decision, ...), limited communications with TMC, sometimes just making a cv pool rather than creating opportunities

      Pros

      I think it's a great environment to work, a friendly environment, where the employees are always at the first place and all the opinions listened. Good opportunities to grow and continuosly learn, with trainings, events and study budget. It's really a good way to grow fast, collaborating with different customers and making new experiences, without changing employers and contracts.

      Cons

      The salary can be slightly lower compared to a direct hire in a company, with the same role and level of experience.

      Stable, well-known, easy to communicate via the management.

      Cons

      The most complex payout scheme. In the end the company pay whay it should but the overall salary is created with different calculations. Bonus is gone when you are on holiday.
