      OK benefits, they grow fast.

      Cons

      Avoid working with one Business developer with zero professional manners. He has lack of professionalism, he treats people very bad. He has lack of understanding. There is no way to progress if he is your main contact. It is disgusting when he touches his nose 10times in 5min. Terrible

      J'ai eu le salaire que j'ai demandé.

      Cons

      Manque de transparence. Des demandes qui traînent surtout pour le matériel. Consultants jetés dans n'importe quel mission et cv gonflés fournis aux clients ce qui engendre une grosse pression sur les consultations. Management amateur.

      Where there are no limits

      TMC has a flat organisation. NOT too much bureaucracy. NO limits for the variable salary (this does not make it easy to achieve). FULL transparency on the Economics of the Employee and the Company. CLEAR budget for personal education which we can freely dispose (with a certain rational sense). CLEAR scope: Become an amazing place for engineers. Business of course matter, but technology and people matter more.

      Cons

      The business model it is amazing but it does need proactivity, ambition, autonomy and responsibility. Depending on the Country, you may feel to far from the Headquarter due to Project geography.
