Profit sharing is a disguise to cut 10% of your salary when you're not working on any project. And getting project is the responsibility of the management and not the consultants. For every month you are not on a project, you need to work double the amount of time to start getting that profit sharing. It is not profit sharing but your market salary minus 10%. Very less number of holidays, a normal company gives atleast 27 holidays. Business manager very unprofessional. Also asked to pay a hefty sum to apply for 30% ruling when it is very simple form to be filled by a company. They will make you resign if they can't get any projects for you even with a permanent contract.
