Good leaders who care about the staff and company.

Cons

Expected to do impossible amounts of work without overtime pay. There is a pay/hiring freeze. Everyone is on contract, as they do not want to hire people full-time with benefits, union perks, etc.

many teams and projects that you can join and many learning opportunities, teams are supportive and you can work from home

Cons

i can't think of anything to put here except the fact that many job available are in East Canada and if you are looking for job in west you might have to relocate to get your dream job
