      Pros

      Great employee benefit package, and they do care about their employees well being to an extent. Due to the size of the organization you can end up touching a lot of different aspects of the business and there are lots of learning opportunities and developmental opportunities available. Flexible work styles is a major selling point.

      Cons

      Moving up the ladder is very difficult. The company likes to hire externally or through referrals rather than promote from within most of the time. Salary increase is 10% max per promotion without escalation to the VP level. Management does not often take the initiative to discuss your career so you have to keep it front and center on your own.

      Talented team, dedicated to customer satisfaction. Collaborative environment. Focus on philanthropy and giving back to the community. Great employee share purchase plan. World class employee engagement rating. Brilliant and charismatic CEO.

      Cons

      Silo'ed organization. Product development is consistently underfunded. Some systems and process issues create extra work that should be unnecessary. Be prepared to work hard: the work load is often crushing.
