- SVP, and VP level are extremely weak. CEO has deliberately surrounded himself with resources with obvious massive warts. This is done so nobody is a threat to his position. Luckily he's a genius, however, rolling down this means that life is terrible for people who work there, should you work in an area where you are not depended upon for pure technical expertise. - VP's, GM's have double-standards, especially as it relates to forgiving their own issues. This is a company where people are deliberately maliciously misleading for no other reason other than they feel you can improve the company with ideas and abilities that they themselves lack.

Horrible President. Unethical company. Terminated all employees with 12 to 20 years experience to get them off the pension plan. Very poor middle management who just justified being employed rather than doing the right thing. The wrong people get promoted because of favoritism.
