      - Remote work anywhere in Canada - Smart and talented colleagues

      - Pay is nothing special, a bit on the lower side - Year over year they're reducing our benefits - Constant re-orgs - Senior management cannot figure out what they want to do, our BU wants to be labeled as a tech company without the pay or benefits of a tech company - Lots of egos, some people have stayed in their roles for decades - Very heavy sales organization
