      Not a good place to develop yourself - you actually work for another company.

      The team and people are nice, at the beginning we used to work together a lot until they split us up to do different individual boring tasks: something totally different than we should work on according to our title and contract.

      Cons

      You work on project basis and get a temporarily contract on which it seems you're going to earn quite a lot but gross you just earn the bare minimum. Strongly hierarchical: the other company just decides what the Telus managers have to tell us to do now, which is completely demotivating. None knows why he's actually doing what he's doing, there are poor goals and no personal goals: you're just a number. If this is no problem for you then you could work here.
