No real roadmap from leadership to use on-shore talent that truly adds value. Toxic management who have no real knowledge of telecommunication industry, but only really care about results

You get good incentives after working hard on sales.

Cons

There are many. No job security. Diabolical management Absurd policies Absurd KPIs No cooperation from management No leaves Not employee centric at all. Zero personal life. You will always be a slave of management. No food facilities. I have worked for 3.5 years but I always felt like I was in Jail. I always sticked to it because of the incentives but one mistake and you are out without even your knowledge. They don’t even notify or put anyone on coaching before kicking them out. That is more than worse. Don’t go for it if you want to make your career.

Cons

No work life balance, no training plan for new employees, managers don’t have time to coach effectively. Lots of chaos with restructuring, no clear idea of who supports which program.
