Cons

Now very toxic, company overall is downsizing and eliminating jobs in Canada. Not a very fun place to work. Employees are unfortunately unappreciated, even though those have been working there forever are the ones that helped make Telus what it is today.

The benefits and pay is good.

Very disorganized training. I worked with Telus for a short time and was dismissed after being unable to finish a training course due to illness. Even though the training was for something I wouldn't be doing often, I was unable to continue with my position. It has now been four months and they have not supplied me or Service Canada with an ROE, which is illegal.
