Cons
Sometimes we are too reactive as an organization when we should be proactive. For example, low staffing levels may lead to a drop in service levels during busy times. This leads to training classes being postponed and sometimes forces us to run our business on overtime to meet customer needs. Although frustrating, our TELUS technicians continue work with our customers and well as management to ensure service levels are met, and most importantly customers expectations are exceeded.
