      Clearnet mentality is gone, only things left are processes

      Pros

      - vacation starts at 3 weeks + 3 personal days - decent benefits - not directly money in the pocket, but it adds up - dynamic environment, exposure to everything

      Cons

      - work/life balance is a joke - most of the people are sliced between 3-5 projects at the same time - processes becoming the purpose of work - passing around the "status reports" is main expectation - managers tuned out or micromanaging - too many questionable choices at lower management - senior management not advising of strategy, even talking publicly opposite of intended strategy

      -Better than industry pay standards -Flexibility with hours (not in the call center though obviously) -Decent benefits / share options

      Cons

      -Biased promotions and advancement through connections -Almost no opportunity for advancement, people stay in their roles for over 10 years -Offshoring of Canadian Jobs -Decreasing job security

      Great work environment, many new hires who are friendly and helpful. Managers are also very supporting.

      Cons

      Pay is obviously not as high as other companies like Microsoft or Amazon. Working on large scale projects is frustrating.
