Really good compensation compared to similar jobs; flexible work (dependent on work group) is a huge advantage in keeping people.

Cons

Too many people doing similar work, leading to territorial behaviour.

Pros

Good benefits , Pay is alright and was a great place to meet new people and make friends. I would recommend to a friend.

Cons

Sales people on the street are micro managed and are expected to do an insane amount of daily and weekly reporting.

People are great management approachable good pay benefits really good generally stable except layoff cuts cutting edge Dev training package fairly good

Cons

Not much really. They are a good employer and care about employees. Politics intervenes at times but that's true of a companies.
