      - Great people to work with; - Advanced technologies are implemented; - Big company that tries to act as a smaller one

      - To much internal politics like in any large corporation; - Hard to advance in your career - there are strict rules to move between the jobs

      Pros

      TELUS offers flex hours, mobile work environment, profit sharing, decent bonus, and benefits. It is a large organization and creates some organizational frictions at times, but it exists every where. I find TELUS to be a very ethical company.

      Cons

      Due to its geographically diverse operations sometimes it is challenging to work within the company, however, on the flipside, it works for advantage at times.
