      Pros

      Train and give certification to employee for them to study. Salary & compensation is good. Work environment is really fun, happy and comfortable, all are friendly. Boss are always reaching out to their stuff. Many activities and programs to improve and regroom the employee. They are giving friday treats that are really waiting for.

      Cons

      Doesn't have retirement plan for you to think of staying longer years.
