TELUS Health is a combination of a number of different companies that seem a bit duct-taped together. On the surface it looks good but there are a ton of issues behind the scenes that make it very difficult to deliver results to customers. Leadership is constantly changing and client service jobs very quickly become sales jobs. There was very little interest in employee development or even an interest in people's growth and career needs and aspirations. Everything is very top down and it feels like you are just a cog in the big machine (which you are!). It is a pleasant-enough place to go to work every day but the constant shifting direction and desperation for sales and growth is exhausting.
