The work-life balance is good: you can leave your job at the store and no overtime.

Cons

Pay structure is constantly changing to reduce pay and add more pressure so sell more. Stores have become call centres, harassing customers over the phone all day, with threats from management of firing you if you don't make enough calls. Upper management constantly makes changes that threaten the future of retail workers.
