- high earning potential and commission and hourly totaling between $20-$50/hr + depending on how well you do - great company culture - non physically demanding work - always something new to learn and do

Cons

- can be competitive and stressful depending on your store and how well you do - can be mentally draining as you balance targets, needs of clients, needs of business and systems - earning potential varies wildly if you are not consistent with your sales and don't build out your book of business
