      Benefits, work-life balance, program shares, positive work environment. There is a lot of talent within the company.

      Cons

      Recent years have increased workload and demand. Same work, less people and resources to deliver. internal communication could easily be improved as well as clarity of processes. career progression and development is slow/ lower priority. Talented ppl often stagnate when they could offer greater value to overall deliverables.
