      Pros

      State of the art offices and tech. Comp plan decent.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Lack of team environment. Horrible leadership. No future vision. Constant pivot after useless investments. No backend resources to help employees sell effectively. Typical telecom mentality still operating in the 90s style era. Salesforce hell. Offerings are twice as expensive as leading competitor (IT space).

      Pros

      Healthy and laid back environment but also hands on coaching which is a plus in regards to understanding your metrics and achieving goals month to month. Pay ranges from $13 - maybe $18-19 depending on which campaign you work for. There are several within the building. They have a full access gym on site plus the bus system has a stop right in front of the building and food trucks come everyday plus they have a store inside filled with snacks and some small meals.

      Honestly I don’t have complaints.
