Pros
My coworkers were the only thing enjoyable about the workplace, that and the benefits.
Cons
No communication was made towards employees from upper management, and the job guaranteed absolutely no job security. HR was an nightmare, and no one seemed to know how to do their job correctly. I was almost always ignored by them. You can only move up in the company if you know someone, and there is a ridiculous amount of favoritism.
