      Pros

      Mostly friendly people in the team; both among colleagues and managers. Easy-going, relaxed job with a decent payment that is strongly improved by a performance-based bonus system; Great benefits, including paid transportation, free taxi home when working a late shift, Multisport cards, private healthcare and more.

      Cons

      - Low barrier of entry for new employees, meaning that some truly less-than-desirable people can make it in and make it consistently harder and worse for colleagues and even direct superiors to work, on a consistent basis; - High tolerance for otherwise unacceptable behavior.

      Provided with many opportunities to build new skills and new roles over the years.

      Cons

      Innovation is slow to come to life. There are a lot of silos with big egos leading them which makes it hard to drive much change.

      Pros

      - fancy facilities on the floor: billiards, table interactive games, big and well-equipped kitchen - modern and spacious office in the center of Sofia - flexible and easily adjustable schedule - international environment

      Cons

      - poor and disorganized management - clean desk policy had to be followed to the letter - rat race (AiRFRance/KLM project) - general chaos - low salary, they promise bonuses but it's hard to get one - career opportunities? you could but dream. At best they'll transfer you to the Wargaming project
